The ELA is located within the River Ridge Commerce Center, at 401 River Ridge Parkway, Jeffersonville, IN. Coming from Jeffersonville you will turn right at the lights on the corner of IN 62 and River Ridge Parkway. Follow the road up the hill 0.7 miles and turn right when you see our River Ridge Learning Center sign. If you are coming from Charlestown you will turn left at the lights and turn right when you see our sign. Our contact information is at the bottom of this page if you have further questions.

We are open and doing enrollment by appointment only. Please book a tour on our homepage or by calling at 812.393.5500. We are Daycare Licensed, accept CCDF Vouchers, the Build, Learn, Grow Scholarships and are on track to receive Paths to Quality Level 3.

Our tuition costs is on a sliding fee scale and are comparable to costs of other early learning programs in the area. There are also several programs that you may qualify for to help subsidize tuition costs. This information will be provided at enrollment. Our teachers degrees include Bachelors, Associates and Child Development Certificate in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Any Assistant Teacher hired with a minimum of a high school diploma will be enrolled into the Child Development Certificate course. All of our teachers participate annually in a minimum 20 hours of Professional Development to support them in their role as a teacher. 

Our Center hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, Office hours 8:00am to 4:00pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

All students will receive a nutritious breakfast, lunch and a morning and afternoon snack. We follow the CACFP guidelines for healthy nutrition and serving portions.

At this time no transportation is provided. Parents will drop off and pick up their child each day.

While we welcome all families that find our program best suited for their family’s needs, our initial vision will be to serve the businesses and workforce of the River Ridge Commerce Center. Please contact us to see if there is availability in our program.
