We are hiring!

As we progress with the development of the River Ridge Learning Center, which contains the Early Learning Center, we are looking to hire experienced and qualified educators to help us cultivate the minds of young children and other staff to assist with the other needs of our center. 


Positions for consideration:

Assistant Director Summary

This position is charged with providing support and leadership to the areas of pedagogy, curriculum, assessment, family engagement, and daily operations for our progressive early learning center. Initial responsibilities will include training faculty and staff, implementation of curricula, and promoting the center to the surrounding River Ridge businesses and families. This presents for the right individual a unique opportunity to assist in establishing what may well become a national workplace model.

Assistant Director Education and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related* field is required.
  • Master's degree in ECE or a related* field is preferred.

*Related degrees must include a minimum of 30 credit hours of college level coursework in ECE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ECE
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful leadership or coaching experience in ECE

Teaching Position Summary

(Lead, Associate, and Assistant Teachers)  

These teaching positions are charged with providing learning experiences that promote the social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children ages 6 weeks – 5 years old. Initial responsibilities will include engaging families, managing daily operations of their classroom, ensuring the safety and best interest of all children in their care, and promoting the center to the surrounding River Ridge businesses and families. This presents for the right individual a unique opportunity to establish a solid educational foundation for children and spread the importance of early childhood education (ECE).

Teaching Position Requirements  

  • Lead Teachers:      
    • Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related* field is required.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ECE
  • Associate Teachers: 
    • Associate’s degree in ECE or related* field is required.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in ECE
  • Assistant Teachers:      
    • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is required.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in ECE

*Related degrees must include college level coursework in ECE
